Pre-Construction Environmental Services
for Wind and Solar Energy Projects
BOW Renewables has a proven success rate of post-construction bird, bat and eagle monitoring at both wind and solar facilities.
- Plant, wildlife, and habitat surveys (e.g., avian surveys, bat surveys, rare plants, etc.)
- Federal and State natural resource agency coordination; Section 7/10 Consultations
- Develop taxa or species-specific management strategies (e.g., Bird and Bat Conservation Strategies, Habitat Conservation Plans, Eagle Conservation Plans)
- USFWS Wind Energy Guidelines and Eagle Conservation Plan Guidance surveys and evaluation
- Eagle Take Permits
- Federal and State Incidental Take Permits
- Develop and implement research and wildlife study designs (e.g., eagle detection and deterrent system research and evaluation, bat acoustic deterrent system study, long-term HCP monitoring and studies, etc.)
- Solar site pollinator habitat planning, and habitat restoration plans
- Remote/Desktop wetland identification; wetland presence or absence surveys
- Wetland and waterway boundary delineations
